Can I collect my coffee beans at the Welgevonden Kiosk?
Not at this point, but we are working on it. Email us with your order number if you would like to discuss a custom collection option and we'll see what we can do.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on your area, shipping can take 3-4 working days.
What does is cost to have my beans delivered to me?
We have a tiered shipping fee:
0-1kg: R100
2-3kg: FREE
4-5kg: R175
5kg+: R200
How fresh are the coffee beans on the website?
We are an on-demand roastery, so our beans being shipped out will always be roasted within a few days of the order being processed.
Which coffee blend is a blend that everyone will enjoy?
Without a doubt, our Kinfolk blend: it has complexities to excite your coffee snob co-worker, but has a classic palate that won't upset your Oom!
What is your darkest roast?
Our Courage Blend is our darkest roast for those who prefer a dark roast coffee.
Can I order smaller sized bags on your website?
Not at the moment, we are still working out the kinks of online coffee bean sales and so at the moment 250g and 500g can only be purchased in our coffee shops
Where is your coffee shop?
We have two coffee shops in Stellenbosch - one at the Stone Square Shopping Centre and the other inside Welgevonden Residential Estate - and a Roastery and coffee shop in Paarl at 135A Main Road.
Do you have any gluten free options?
Yes we do! Our owner is actually gluten intolerant and so we've made sure to stock tasty treats for those who can't indulge in a gluten-full brownie.

Are you kid friendly?
Yes we are! Our Paarl Roastery has a fenced in kids play area complete with a jungle gym at the back, as well as our signature home-made Oreo Marshmallows just for the little ones!
