SadieCoffee Return & Refund Policy

At SadieCoffee, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee bags (as coffee is a perishable product)

  • Sale items or gift cards

To initiate a return, please email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong product or a damaged item).
