About Us

 

Meet the Sadie family – a team of young entrepreneurs driven by a shared passion for coffee and community. SADIECOFFEE Stellenbosch emerged from the need for a welcoming workspace beyond the confines of Stellenbosch. We envisioned a space equipped with fast, reliable Wi-Fi, ample power outlets, and a diverse selection of coffees sourced from around the globe. Pairing these with freshly baked pastries, ciabatta sandwiches, brekkie croissants, bagels and sourdough sandwiches, we created a haven for productivity and indulgence.

Our dedication to specialty coffee is unwavering, and we take pride in being involved in every step of the process, from sourcing green beans to the final cup. We carefully select our green beans from The Green Coffee Company and The Coffee Collaborative in Cape Town, meticulously profile them according to our taste preferences, and roast them in Durbanville with Faber Coffee. This hands-on approach grants us complete control over the quality and flavor profile of our coffee, ensuring an exceptional experience with every sip.

With Gods grace over the last year and a halve we've been fortunate enough to open two more coffee shops. One within Welgevonden and the other in Paarl. We are very excited to receive our own roaster by the end of February 2024 at our Paarl Roastery. 

Our journey is fueled by passion, and we relish every moment of it. We are thrilled to share our love for coffee with the Boland community and look forward to serving you some truly incredible brews.
